Something I Can't Have - A Poem
By Claudia
One star shone among the rest,
looking down to earth.
Holding the small gaze of man,
wond'ring of it's worth.
'Is it good for me to want
something I can't grasp?'
Wishes fall and tides roll out,
themes go on relasp.
'Maybe I can have it though!
If I really try.
Northern Lights aren't far away,
holding up the sky.'
Mercies fall into the sea;
stars may never know.
Floods will come and seasons change,
where the high winds blow.
The End
