NOTHING GOLD CAN STAY
BY ROBERT FROST
Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
Poems by me:
I’m A Hero
Not for the power.
Not for the blood.
Not for the honour.
Not for the glory.
That’s where you’re wrong.
Only for peace.
Only for patience.
Only for truce.
Only for trust.
Only for places
That need my help.
Only for people
Who cry for help.

30 Seconds
30 seconds for hope.
30 seconds for life.
30 seconds for pain.
30 seconds for pleasure.
30 seconds for promises
That were never kept.
30 seconds for remembrance
For those who were lost.
30 last seconds.
30 last hopes.
30 one-timers.
30 last reminders.
30 more of ‘truths’
30 more...more…

I Will Go Home
Hidden in shame,
I will follow you.
Hidden in selfishness,
I will follow you.
Hidden in envy,
I will follow you.
Pulled out of anger,
I will praise you.
Pulled out of strife,
I will follow you.
Pulled out of hate,
I will follow you.
Taken from the beast,
Given a new home.
Taken from the darkness,
You will come home.
Taken from the Devil,
I will go home.
