Difficulties In The Eyes Of The Lord

When someone reminds us that God has our back, do we always listen?
When someone tells us to lean on God instead of our worldly worries, do we actually go read our Bibles?
When we know God’s on our side, do we always go to Him when we’re angry and depressed and heavy?

I was reading through my blog once and realized I haven’t done a verse break-apart since…well a long time ago. I’ve kind of been plotting back and forth for a few months. Well, I think it’s time to open our Bibles and add some notes to those margins.
Jeremiah 32:27 ‘“Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me?’
Let’s break this down into a couple pieces:
God knows what’s going on in our heads. He knows this generation is broken and falling apart. If He didn’t, why do you think he wrote this? God knows we’ve doubted time and time again. After all, of all people I know how hard it is to trust someone with your heart. It’s touh to let yourself go when you feel safe controlling your own skin all the time. Well, God also knows we can’t do everything. It’s mentally and physically impossible. I mean, even if we could take on every proefession in the world, we could never create another universe. That’s what God’s for. Nothing holds Him back. He’s the God of all flesh, everything inside and out. If you feel safe in your own skin, you should try feeling safe with your heart in someone else’s hands. Nothing will ever get past God’s protection.
Man, I love rhetorical questions. If you were wondering, a rhetorical question is a question that only has one, obvious right answer. An example of a rhetorical question is God writing ‘Is anything too hard for me?’ The answer is no. No, because you created an entire universe in a week, whereas it takes me a week to clean my room. (ah hem. Sorry, that was a little off topic. XD) but it makes a point, right? God wants you to know that He can do everything you can ever dream of, even when your dream are hard for you to complete. He’s not human. Let’s start with that.

Ephesians 3:20-21 ‘God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us.’
‘Not by pushing us around, but by working within us…,’ God gave you a choice. One choice:
Him
Or not Him and hell.
You see, one does not work without the other. You cannot find peace within God without the fear of hell first. If there was not a place to go without God, why would heaven matter? God will not force you to do anything. But He will work inside you.
That feeling, that pressure on your chest is not just anxiety or a feeling. It’s the same being that moves mountains.
‘Deeply and gently’ is not an under or overstatement. This is the truth. God will push us from inside, showing us the way to heaven with His hand, which we are held in 24/7. It’s not possible to be separated from God. He is in your heart forever. He’s deep in your heart where nothing can ever move Him.

Stay Faithful, Brothers and Sisters. ;)
